When will the buyer receive their order?
It usually takes our facility seven business days to produce and ship merchandise after a purchase has been made. There is a standard shipping/transit time (15-18 days depending on the country and the shipping method customers choose at checkout.)
Can you tell me how much the shipping costs?
The shipping cost depends on your shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. When you add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address, you can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges. Your total costs will be automatically updated and displayed.
The shipping fee is also determined by the package’s size, weight, and number. Additional items and larger products may incur a shipping surcharge. The checkout page displays the total shipping charges.
Information about tracking & other important details
Upon receiving your shipping email, you will be provided with a tracking code that you can use to track your package online from anywhere at any time. Your order will be delivered to your home. You can check your nearest post office if you don’t receive your order despite the tracking code indicating ‘delivered’. You can contact us on our customer support email if you received the wrong size because of an issue with the size. For free, we will send you another product in the right size after receiving three images of the sizes (chest size, length, and sleeves).
The products are shipped worldwide, all shipments are made from different warehouses. Holidays and Christmas may cause changes to the above-mentioned times.
